Senior Principal - FX Counterparty Strategy & Risk Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global FX counterparty strategy across geographies, products, and liquidity providers to enhance resilience and optimize trading capacity.
• Oversee the framework for global counterparty credit capacity management, including utilization, concentration, and limit optimization.
• Develop advanced reporting and analytics capabilities covering FX exposure, pricing, utilization, and counterparty performance.
• Analyze counterparty pricing methodologies and market competitiveness across FX products, including complex and exotic FX options structures.
• Drive the evolution of data and technology capabilities, including the evaluation of AI-enabled solutions for forecasting and risk monitoring.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Credit Risk, and Product teams to deliver actionable commercial insights and maximize efficient deployment of credit resources.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in FX, Treasury, Trading, Counterparty Risk, or Capital Markets within a global financial institution or fintech.
• Deep expertise in FX markets and products, specifically FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and FX Options.
• Strong understanding of counterparty risk management, liquidity management, and credit capacity frameworks.
• Advanced quantitative and financial modeling skills with a proven ability to perform complex data analysis.
• Extensive experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders across executive leadership and risk functions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk, liquidity, and profitability.
