Senior Principal Engineer, Systems Design/Architect

Responsibilities

• Define high-speed and precision signal chain products for industrial applications from concept through release
• Translate customer problem statements into system architecture definitions involving multiple technologies and chiplet partitioning
• Lead architecture and solution definitions for key products in collaboration with design and marketing teams
• Assist in the development of product datasheets and participate in all product design reviews
• Collaborate with test and evaluation teams to characterize silicon performance and debug issues to root cause
• Support business development through strategic product promotion and leading new project proposals
• Provide technical support to customers, FAEs, and application teams, including the development of simulation models

Requirements

• BSEE with 7+ years of experience, MSEE with 7+ years of experience, or PhD with 5+ years of experience
• Deep experience in system engineering for high-speed converters and high-speed digital interfaces (including SERDES)
• Strong knowledge of precision analog circuits, digital algorithms, and semiconductor IC processes
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration across multi-discipline teams
