Senior Principal Engineer, Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Oversee expectations and requirements globally in EMEA, APJ, and North America
• Monitor and drive partner performance against key metrics including timeliness, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maximize customer experience
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
• Manage reporting, data exchange, and B2B service support activities in collaboration with customers, partners, and IT teams
• Design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations, and improve reliability

Requirements

• Supply chain operations expertise
• Strong knowledge of forward and reverse logistics processes
• Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data analysis tools
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years with a Master's degree
• 5+ years with a PhD
• AWS/Azure Associate/Professional certifications
• VMware VCP/VCAP certifications
• Kubernetes CKA/CKAD certifications
