Senior Principal, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex client engagements and transformational programs from discovery to closure
• Design delivery and execution plans, ensuring alignment with client organizational strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
• Drive financial performance by meeting revenue, margin, and profitability targets
• Navigate risks and contractual terms (e.g., fixed-price, time-and-material) to ensure timely project completion
• Support the sales lifecycle by developing tailored delivery approaches and customized execution plans
• Provide hands-on technical delivery leadership within environments such as Azure, AWS, or Salesforce

Requirements

• Proven success in enterprise-level delivery and program management
• Extensive experience in technical delivery management and overseeing complex implementations
• Proficiency in implementing and scaling modern agile delivery frameworks
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a consulting environment
• Strong ability to manage project financial health and operational excellence
• Hands-on experience with cloud or enterprise platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Salesforce
• Must be an Australian Citizen and based in Sydney
