About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for integrating business requirements with Epsilon’s data and technology solutions for an enterprise dining account.
- Represent Epsilon People Cloud products and develop a vision for future growth through new use cases and roadmaps.
- Foster cross-functional consensus with agency partners to facilitate the use of identity and 1P/3P data in AdTech and MarTech environments.
- Create and manage tech and data activation plans to achieve client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data constraints, privacy regulations, and legal requirements for 1P and 3P datasets.
- Collaborate with campaign operations, product delivery, audience strategy, and analytics teams.
- Orchestrate multiple solutions across the MarTech ecosystem, translating technical capabilities into actionable workstreams.
Requirements
- Experience working with identity data from clean rooms and identity resolution technology.
- Hands-on experience with CDP activation for anonymous, pseudonymous, and PII-based use cases.
- Deep understanding of data collection practices across the customer lifecycle and journey.
- Experience staging data for CDP architectures to enable targeting, activation, and measurement.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other visual tools to communicate complex technical topics simply.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to articulate a path toward future tech and data goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in the full ecosystem of MarTech and Data solutions.
- Experience representing clean room or CDP capabilities to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Knowledge of QSR or franchise-based point of sale and offline data integration.
- Ability to produce executive summaries and quarterly progress reports regarding tech and data health.
