Responsibilities

• Design and develop the backend system of the trading core system
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize systems to overcome technical difficulties related to high concurrency, stability, and low latency
• Participate in business design and propose feasible technical solutions
• Write relevant technical documentation independently
• Research cutting-edge technologies and plan the future technology architecture direction of the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science
• Solid C++ foundation with familiarity in Folly, Boost, or other open-source libraries
• Proficiency in NoSQL cache, message queues, and search engines (Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• Skilled in system analysis, design, and code refactoring
• Experience in large-scale project foundation and application architecture design
• Familiarity with distributed systems involving high traffic, high concurrency, and high performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance tuning
• Full stack technical expertise
• Experience in trading system or memory system construction
