Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of system level solutions focusing on compute memory bottlenecks, bandwidth, and latency management
- Develop system level performance and power models to assist in customer specific trade-offs
- Map AI/ML models to hardware requirements through workload analysis
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams for seamless integration of memory subsystems and interconnects
- Explore novel technologies like in-memory and near-memory computing
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship to design teams
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- 10+ years in System Architecture, SoC Design, and memory system development
- Deep knowledge of DRAM, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, and NAND
- Understanding of AI accelerators, GPU, and Neural Processing Engines
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, RTL design, and system-level modeling
- Working knowledge of PCIe, CXL, NoCs, ethernet, and RDMA
