Responsibilities

• Unpack broad, cross-functional initiatives into specific workstreams and coordinate release planning
• Create and drive the strategic vision for the product while enabling continuous improvement
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to align development with business goals
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and monitor overall team health
• Communicate complex engineering issues and ensure paths for resolution
• Manage and balance team resources to drive growth and innovation
• Define data-driven performance metrics to ensure platform reliability and availability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Substantial ownership of AI/ML-driven products at scale
• Deep expertise in end-to-end AI powered product lifecycles
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML products with measurable business impact
• Strong technical fluency in machine learning concepts
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional roadmaps
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills
• Experience setting standards for ML governance and product quality
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and mentoring product managers
