Senior Pricing Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive monetization strategy including packaging, pricing models, and discount strategy
• Lead the creation of infrastructure to support consumption-based billing
• Serve as a strategic thought leader on monetization, operating metrics, and market trends
• Define near-term and long-term monetization strategies to drive executive decision-making
• Lead design and execution of customer, product, competitor, and financial analyses
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Drive end-to-end operational execution of monetization strategies
• Establish and own pricing KPIs and reporting frameworks

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or B2B software
• 4+ years of pricing experience at enterprise-level SaaS companies
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-wide pricing strategies
• Advanced analytical skills including financial modeling and competitor research
• Expertise in SaaS pricing and both product-led and sales-led GTM strategies
• Proficiency in pricing research techniques like Conjoint and Van Westendorp
• Experience using survey tools such as Qualtrics
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
