Senior Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with pricing negotiations and inquiries
• Manage and respond to price claims using Salesforce and related tools
• Maintain and update pricing data within global and regional systems
• Perform price adjustments based on internal analysis and market references
• Execute quotation and discount approval processes with speed and accuracy
• Monitor workload and provide visibility through reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with Purchasing to address cost-related topics
• Ensure strict adherence to pricing processes, policies, and guidelines
• Identify and support opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication in meetings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, sales support, finance, or aftermarket sectors
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Spanish
