Senior Pricing and Contracting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end public bidding process, from initial requirement analysis to final proposal submission and follow-up.
• Analyze bidding bases, annexes, and requirements for local and central processes to ensure full compliance.
• Prepare and consolidate technical, economic, legal, and administrative documentation for each bidding event.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Regulatory, Compliance, and Commercial teams to integrate complete proposals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with company policies, including Commercial, Bidding, and Pricing policies.
• Manage clarification meetings, including the preparation of questions and supporting documentation.
• Monitor contract progress, award performance, deliveries, and public channel objective fulfillment.
• Utilize digital and government platforms such as ComprasMX and other related bidding portals.
• Generate reports, analyses, and KPIs to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• At least 2 years of experience in bidding processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector or a regulated environment.
• Proven experience in public bidding, including participation, award, and contractual follow-up.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
• Experience using digital bidding platforms and government portals.
• Strong analytical skills to validate requirements and monitor financial and commercial variables.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across various internal and external departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in public bidding within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced degree or postgraduate studies.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and profitability dynamics in the public channel.
• Experience in financial analysis applied to bidding processes.
• Experience managing contracts and consolidated purchasing.
