Senior Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing efforts for RFPs, RFQs, white papers, and ROMs ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS
• Develop, analyze, and support cost proposals to Government and Prime customers
• Build and maintain custom Excel-based pricing models based on individual RFP requirements
• Perform financial modeling and analyses including rate studies, business case development, cash flow analysis, NPV, and IRR
• Identify cost and price risks and apply them to estimates
• Coordinate with functional departments to facilitate the collection of cost, scheduling, and performance elements
• Support audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 8–12 years of related experience in Estimating and/or Finance
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA, and Government procurement regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for complex cost models
• Experience with ProPricer
• Experience working with Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Related DoD and/or aerospace industry experience
• Strong project management skills for meeting proposal milestones
