Senior Presentation Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level presentation design services, including the creation of pitch books and marketing materials.
• Edit, proof, and error-correct multiple document types to ensure strict adherence to client branding.
• Manage the full task lifecycle by assessing job requests and utilizing tracking software to ensure timely completion.
• Perform Quality Assurance on personal work and the work of others to maintain high standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues and exercise independent judgment to meet business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of presentation design experience, preferably within legal, banking, or large corporate environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office software, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar, spelling, and composition skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
