Senior Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and positioning of enterprise infrastructure and end-user computing solutions
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, and demonstrations for enterprise and government clients
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluation activities
• Design solutions across servers, enterprise storage, virtualization, HCI, and backup/disaster recovery
• Support hybrid cloud, private cloud, and container platform initiatives including Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Design end-user computing solutions including VDI, desktop virtualization, and endpoint management
• Coordinate with vendors for design validation and technical alignment
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practice frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure presales, solution architecture, or system integration
• Expertise in virtualization, HCI platforms, and backup/disaster recovery solutions
• Proven experience with VDI and end-user computing environments
• Strong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud architectures
• Hands-on or presales experience with vendors such as Dell, Nutanix, VMware, or Red Hat
• Experience preparing technical proposals and compliance matrices for complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware (VCP), Nutanix (NCP), or Dell Technologies certifications
• Certifications in Veeam, Cohesity, Red Hat, or Huawei technologies
• Experience engaging with large-scale government and enterprise customers
