Senior Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and analyze business needs and IT challenges
• Design tailored managed services solutions covering Cloud, Security, ITSM, DevOps, and Data
• Create technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models
• Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational frameworks
• Support sales teams through client meetings, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations
• Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to showcase managed services capabilities
• Develop business cases and ROI justifications for decision-makers
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain market positioning
• Collaborate with solution architects and service delivery teams to ensure feasibility
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years in IT service delivery
• 5+ years in a pre-sales or managerial role
• Expertise in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of ITSM, Cybersecurity, and DevOps
• Proficiency in financial modeling and managed services pricing

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Solution Architect certification
• ITIL v4 Foundation or ITSM Practitioner certification
• CISSP or CISM certification
• TOGAF certification
