About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branch locations.
- Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor to uncover financial needs and provide meaningful solutions.
- Utilize a consultative sales process to identify additional sales opportunities and meet acquisition and asset targets.
- Make key recommendations regarding products, pricing, and services, linking clients to specialized business partners.
- Review credit applications to ensure sound granting principles and maintain asset quality.
- Participate in the community to identify prospects and build referral relationships with centers of influence.
- Mentor and coach branch personnel to enhance their knowledge of the mass affluent client segment.
- Educate clients on digital banking options and self-serve technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and safeguarding procedures to prevent fraud and maintain operational integrity.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as State Life and Health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain them within 120 days of hire).
- Proven knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
- Strong understanding of brokerage and insurance products.
- In-depth knowledge of business services, including retirement plans, business banking, and succession planning.
- Expertise in personal trust and investment management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Possession of Series 7 or Series 66 licenses.
