Senior Premier Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients to uncover financial needs and provide meaningful solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact using a consultative sales process
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new assets from existing portfolios and new client acquisition
• Make key recommendations on products, pricing, and services, linking clients to specialized business partners
• Collaborate with branch partners to identify target profiles and execute calling plans
• Review credit applications to ensure sound granting principles and maintain asset quality
• Participate in the community to build relationships and identify centers of influence such as law and accounting firms
• Mentor and coach branch personnel to enhance their knowledge of the mass affluent segment
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-serve technologies

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial services
• Required licenses: SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, 65, and State Life and Health insurance licenses
• Strong knowledge of banking products, brokerage, and insurance products
• Deep understanding of retirement plans, investment management, and personal trust
• Proven ability in client portfolio management and cash flow analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and exercise sound judgment
