Senior Premier Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments.
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
• Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance across various life stages.
• Partner with internal teams in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on mobile and self-service banking options.
• Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and adherence to all banking policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required FINRA licenses (Series 6, 63, and SIE) and State Insurance licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business and driving retention across deposits, lending, and investments.
• Proven ability to translate complex customer goals into actionable financial recommendations.
• Previous experience in a licensed financial services position.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
• Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen overall team performance.
