About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and scheduled appointments.
- Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
- Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance across life stages.
- Partner with internal teams in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Champion digital adoption by educating customers on mobile and self-service banking options.
- Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and adherence to all policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service experience.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management.
- 3+ years of experience recommending financial products and services.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
- State Insurance license required.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a book of business and driving retention through goal-based planning.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer goals into actionable financial recommendations.
- Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance.
- Background in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
