About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments.
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance across various life stages.
  • Partner with internal teams in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options.
  • Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and adherence to all policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer service experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them within a designated timeframe).
  • State Insurance license(s).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a book of business and documenting planning conversations.
  • Proven ability to proactively source and acquire relationships through outreach and internal partnerships.
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance.
  • Background in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
