Senior Premier Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and scheduled appointments.
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
• Serve as the primary financial partner for clients, providing comprehensive multi-product guidance across various life stages.
• Partner with internal specialists in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on mobile and self-service banking options.
• Maintain risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, and strict adherence to all banking policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them within a designated timeframe).
• Valid State Insurance license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business and documenting planning conversations to drive retention.
• Proven ability to proactively source and acquire new relationships through outreach and internal partnerships.
• Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen overall team performance.
• Background in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
