Senior Premier Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach and scheduled appointments
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies
• Serve as the primary financial partner for clients, providing comprehensive multi-product guidance across life stages
• Partner with internal specialists in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on mobile and self-service banking options
• Maintain risk excellence through accurate documentation and strict adherence to all banking policies and regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management
• 3+ years of experience recommending financial products and services
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe)
• State Insurance license required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a dedicated book of business and driving client retention
• Proven ability to proactively source and deepen client relationships
• Experience coaching or supporting peers to improve team performance
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
• Previous experience in a licensed financial services role
