About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach and appointments
  • Advise customers on various financial options, including banking, credit, and investment services
  • Identify client needs for mortgage, retirement, and investment services and partner with specialized internal teams to meet those goals
  • Analyze customer financial information, including income, assets, and credit, to develop customized financial plans
  • Manage risks by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch colleagues, affluent customers, and business partners
  • Provide guidance to other branch employees on managing complex client needs and developing relationships

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Ability to obtain and maintain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State Insurance license(s)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SAFE registration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry (corporate, consumer, mortgage, investments, or private banking)
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
  • Proven ability to handle complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Strong business acumen with experience providing consultation to small business customers
  • Experience mentoring or peer-coaching other team members
