About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and appointments
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies
  • Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance across life stages
  • Partner with internal teams in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions
  • Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and adherence to all policies and regulations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective customer and partner relationships
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe)
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a book of business and driving retention across deposits, lending, and investments
  • Proven ability to translate customer goals into actionable financial recommendations
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer banking, home lending, or investments
