Senior Premier Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach and scheduled appointments
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies
• Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance across various life stages
• Partner with internal teams in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated financial solutions
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options
• Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and adherence to all policies and regulations

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe)
• State Insurance license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business and documenting planning conversations
• Proven ability to proactively source and acquire relationships through outreach and internal partnerships
• Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance
• Financial services industry experience in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, listen with empathy, and build trust quickly
