Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

About the Company

Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally use Hawk’s combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve AML compliance and fraud prevention effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to identify key business needs of banking and financial industry clients
• Design customized solutions using a consultative approach to address client challenges
• Prepare and deliver solution design illustrations and bespoke product demonstrations
• Manage the RFP process, including proposal development and business case creation
• Lead prospective clients through proof of concept (POC) delivery
• Provide market-based input to the Product team to aid roadmap planning
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Technical Sales, or Customer Success in a B2B environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields
• Fluent German and English communication skills
• Strong ability to structure complex challenges and build stakeholder relationships
• Strong grasp of technological and business concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the banking or financial industry
• Experience with compliance, AML, and Fraud
