Senior Pre-sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales activities for RFI/RFP and tender opportunities to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals.
• Analyze business, functional, technical, and commercial requirements, including gap analysis and bid/no-bid assessments.
• Design enterprise-grade solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SoW), effort estimations, resource planning, and implementation roadmaps.
• Position solutions focused on Digital Transformation, AI-enabled workflows, BPM, and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with Delivery, UX, and Development teams to build solution concepts, demos, and POCs.
• Support Sales teams during customer workshops, technical discussions, and executive-level meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners for technical enablement and licensing alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, or Bid Management.
• Proven experience preparing RFI/RFP responses for enterprise and government tenders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud concepts, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience in solution estimation, including effort sizing and project timelines.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCC projects and tendering processes, specifically within the UAE and KSA markets.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
