Senior Pre-projects Leader - Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pre-project teams across automation, electrical, and digital scopes to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into conceptual designs, solution configurations, and A&D scopes.
• Support sales by developing and presenting automation and digital solutions during pre-project and sales phases.
• Work with technical teams to benchmark supplier quotations, validate automation architectures, and ensure technical compliance.
• Engage directly with customers to present solutions and explain automation capabilities and operational value.
• Review technical and financial proposal details and communicate clearly with sales and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical descriptions, equipment specifications, and division of responsibility as required by contracts.
• Manage multiple pre-projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment between sales, engineering, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, and Ignition platforms.
• Solid understanding of MES systems.
• Deep understanding of IT/OT technologies, including networking, connectivity, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into practical automation and production solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web application development using .NET C#, HTML, Java, or Web Services.
• Knowledge of Tetra Pak PlantMaster, ISA 88, ISA 95, or Packaging Integration solutions.
• Local language skills.
