Senior Practice Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Support Practice Directors in managing Professional Services and overseeing product implementation for a growing customer base.
• Manage client escalations and facilitate meetings to articulate issues and resolution options clearly.
• Mentor and coach consultants and project managers in project governance, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive practice excellence by establishing processes, procedures, and templates for pre-sales and delivery.
• Partner with Sales to provide pre-sales support and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor project portfolios to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance delivery efficiency, accelerate analysis, and optimize consulting workflows.
• Manage partner relationships and provide governance for partner-delivered projects.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) deployments.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation, project execution, and managing profitable customer relationships.
• Proficiency in creating visual frameworks and process maps using Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent tools.
• Experience using AI-powered consulting tools to enhance requirements analysis and solution design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for interacting with executive decision-makers.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and team utilization KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management practices.
• Technical degree, such as Computer Science.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), MS Project, Smartsheet, or other PSA tools like Kantata.
