Senior PR Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement impactful public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to create press releases, media pitches, and diverse content types
• Proactively identify opportunities to position senior executives as industry thought leaders
• Manage PR initiatives for events, product launches, and other organizational endeavors
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on communication-related matters
• Devise and implement innovative internal communication campaigns and projects
• Craft internal presentations and speeches aligned with organizational messaging
• Collaborate with creative teams, including copywriters and designers, to storyboard and convey ideas
• Supervise and lead a small team to foster a high-performance work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in PR strategy development and media pitching
• Expertise in content creation and executive thought leadership positioning
• Experience managing internal communication campaigns
• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and conduct media coverage analysis
