Senior PPC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Things to Do, Hotel Ads, and Demand Gen
• Build automated workflows using Google Ads Scripts and the Ads API to replace manual bid adjustments and budget pacing
• Connect campaign performance to core business outcomes including ROAS, CAC, and margin
• Improve feed quality and product data flows to optimize Shopping and PMax performance
• Identify and diagnose underperforming market or campaign segments proactively
• Collaborate with analytics and growth teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for prompt-based analysis and automated reporting pipelines

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Ads across all campaign types, including PMax and Shopping
• Experience managing large-scale budgets (minimum hundreds of thousands of euros monthly)
• Hands-on experience writing or modifying Google Ads Scripts or working with the Ads API
• Proven ability to connect advertising spend to business impact metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV
• Proficiency using AI tools for practical workflow automation and data analysis
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to work with high autonomy
