Responsibilities

• Drive Google channel development by identifying new campaign types, targeting approaches, and funnel configurations
• Lead structured, high-volume creative testing and work with the creative team to influence direction based on performance
• Monitor all KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools to turn data into actionable next steps
• Track industry trends, competitor angles, and platform updates to translate insights into testing opportunities
• Design and build automation workflows, scripts, and autorules to increase efficiency and scale
• Collaborate closely with the Meta UA team and other marketers to share learnings

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with success in web subscription funnels
• Track record of scaling monthly budgets to $1M+
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, Display, and Search
• Deep understanding of funnels, conversion logic, and how UA connects to LTV
• Experience building or working with automation workflows (scripts, AI-assisted pipelines, etc.)
• Proficiency in CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Meta UA
• Experience with AppLovin or Snapchat
• Background in wellness, fitness, or subscription health apps
