Senior Powertrain Costing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements
• Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters
• Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost
• Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery
• Generate technical insights reports, costing calculations, and DtC/VAVE ideas

Requirements

• More than 5 years experience in ICE, Transmission, or eMotor technologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Casting, forging, machining, and Injection molding
• Experience with BOM cost calculation and DtC/VAVE from supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related area
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Overseas study experience
• Expertise in Stamping or forging technology manufacturing and costing
