Senior Power BI & FP&A Reporting Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored for FP&A purposes
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Lead the architecture and implementation of reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy
• Optimize data models, ETL processes, and DAX calculations for performance
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
• Mentor and support junior BI developers and analysts
• Facilitate communication between finance, IT, and business units

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI Financial Reporting solutions
• Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and budget vs actual tracking
• Advanced DAX development skills for complex financial calculations
• Experience with Row-Level Security and access controls
• Proficiency in KPI and impact indicator visualization
• Experience working in structured and governed financial reporting environments
