Senior Power BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Build and optimize complex data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs to support business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated business workflows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across all reporting solutions.
• Perform report optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Support the deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

• 11-15 years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow and business process automation.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps.
• Proven experience working with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including cloud and on-premises systems.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and BI best practices.
• Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced) and Spanish (B2 Upper Intermediate).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese (B2 level).
