Senior Power BI Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
• Create and configure automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications and workflows
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with O365 services including SharePoint and Teams
• Ensure solutions adhere to government security standards and compliance policies
• Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation
• Monitor and resolve issues to ensure reliability and performance

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a technical field
• 5+ years of IT support experience
• At least 1 year of advanced O365 experience
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI dashboard development
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate workflow development
• Strong communication skills for working with leadership
• Experience with data integration and management across multiple platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Living within commuting distance to San Antonio, TX
• Active security clearance
• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 certifications
• Experience supporting DoD or defense contractor environments
• Background in advanced analytics or business intelligence
