Senior Power Apps Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Power Apps solutions, including customizations, web parts, workflows, and integrations.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies like React.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster team growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, administration, and the Power Platform CoE.
• Deep knowledge of the Dataverse security model, schema, relationships, and data management.
• Extensive experience building both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Proficiency with Power Automate (Flows) and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx.
• Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development and custom plugins.
• Proven ability to integrate with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel) and third-party services via custom connectors and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer certification.
• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API Management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
