Senior Power Apps Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy
• Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors
• Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models
