Senior Post Sales Engineering (Thermal)

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales engineering review and thermal solution guidance for mega projects across SEA, Japan, and Korea.
• Conduct technical reviews of documentation to ensure buildability, budget compliance, and technical soundness.
• Manage technical submittals, including detailed product drawings for fans, chillers, and liquid cooling systems.
• Facilitate the hand-over process between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams, ensuring all specifications and drawings are transferred accurately.
• Coordinate site commissioning by reviewing test scripts, identifying gaps, and providing technical support to service and project management teams.
• Liaise with Sales and Project Managers to capture scope changes and manage variations to protect project margins.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing "Lessons Learned" reports following project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Application Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Data Centre or Telecommunications industry.
• Proven expertise in HVAC systems and mission-critical power infrastructure.
• Data Centre Tier Designer certification.
• Strong competency in reading technical drawings and design specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ACAD drawing skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex documentation registers and technical report writing.
