Senior Portfolio Officer/PMO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio governance and management processes across multiple projects
• Maintain and update portfolio overviews, project pipelines, and roadmaps
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information for transparency
• Identify and monitor inter-project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
• Manage portfolio calendars, governance events, and steering committee meetings
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-up on decisions and actions
• Support Agile and SAFe ways of working and change initiatives
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and management

Requirements

• Experience in Portfolio Management Support or PMO Governance
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and project coordination
• Ability to develop reporting dashboards and management information
• Expertise in risk and dependency management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience with Jira and Power BI
