Senior Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to support lending decisions for new and existing Commercial banking loans and credit solutions
• Negotiate loan structures, terms, and conditions to align client requirements with bank risk appetite
• Assess client repayment capacity using financial models and analytical tools to recommend appropriate collateral requirements
• Monitor portfolios to identify deteriorating credit conditions, compliance issues, and industry trends
• Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend capital allocation strategies to optimize returns
• Lead proposal development and deliver presentations to capture new business and expand client relationships
• Minimize risk exposure by adhering to credit policies, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines
• Identify revenue and cross-selling opportunities to enhance portfolio growth and share of wallet

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations within a corporate or banking environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in loan structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking operations
