Senior Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery data, metrics, and modeling to facilitate executive-level decision-making
• Design, analyze, and publish regular business and ad hoc reporting for various stakeholders
• Provide portfolio reporting, analysis, and data visualization for monthly reports and leadership deliverables
• Track and report on KPIs and goals at both the project and portfolio levels
• Identify critical data for reporting, analytics, and calibration of Capex cost and schedule estimates
• Develop innovative solutions to support project management using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Primavera
• Communicate effectively with project teams and senior management regarding project needs and problems
• Mentor and motivate project team members to ensure quality and punctuality of assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, IT, or Finance
• Proficiency in SAP financial and project systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative/data modeling capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel to renewable energy sites 15-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or a Master's Certificate in Project Management
• Experience in project execution from the development phase through construction
• Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Primavera, Procore, or Ecosys
