Senior Portfolio Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily trading across all Range-managed models, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of equity, ETF, mutual fund, and fixed-income orders
• Own rebalancing workflows at scale, including tax-aware trading, tax-loss harvesting, and direct indexing implementation
• Help strengthen trading infrastructure by refining processes, controls, and tooling
• Monitor and analyze trades to ensure adherence to model portfolios and implementation plans
• Meet with members to explain rebalancing activities and trading mechanics
• Partner with advisors and the investment team to support model changes and special account-level handling
• Uphold best-execution practices and support compliance and oversight obligations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trading or portfolio operations at an RIA or asset manager
• Experience with direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, and tax-aware trading
• Member-facing experience with HNW and UHNW individuals
• Prior experience at a fintech or high-growth startup
• Strong investment acumen and passion for the markets

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA and/or CFP designations
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
