Senior PMO

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for retail projects
• Supervise multiple retail projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within deadlines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
• Organize regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans when necessary
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Analyze project data and generate insights to improve performance and efficiency
• Support the development and implementation of PMO tools and processes
• Mentor and guide project team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in the retail sector
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in PMO tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• PMP certification is a plus
• Deep understanding of retail operations and supply chain management
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
• Fluency in English
