Senior PLM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and improvement of the BOM revision process
• Coordinate change control activities across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Document and update internal change control procedures, workflows, and training materials
• Lead data cleanup and validation efforts across CAD, PLM, and ERP systems
• Execute change control activities within PLM systems like Duro or Arena
• Maintain and update BOMs, CAD drawings, schematics, and SOPs
• Support project timelines for BOM and change implementation
• Assist with integration of change control data between PLM and ERP/MRP systems
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software engineering teams
• Monitor and report key change control metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in change control, configuration management, or product data management
• Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with hardware and software development lifecycles
• Experience using PLM, MRP, or ERP systems (e.g., Duro, Arena, NetSuite, Odoo)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardware and embedded software change control
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards
• Exposure to early-stage manufacturing scale-up
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Git, or software version control
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile/SAFe certification
