Senior PLM Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of engineering and PLM business processes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into Teamcenter solutions
• Drive process standardization and promote PLM best practices
• Define functional specifications and support solution design with development teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to business users and own the long-term PLM roadmap
• Plan and manage PLM project timelines, resources, and risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in a PLM environment
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter or a comparable PLM platform
• Strong understanding of engineering processes including product structures and change management
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of German language
