Senior PLM Business Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to monitor user activity and implement PLM system improvements
• Develop and architect new Teamcenter client skills, including server and service customizations
• Work with users to develop and update tool customizations to improve efficiency
• Manage design improvements to existing PLM processes and related CAD/CAM systems
• Evaluate Teamcenter and Siemens NX releases and diagnose system failures
• Communicate with PLM vendors and implement troubleshooting, upgrades, and customizations
• Drive continuous improvements for PLM integration across the manufacturing cycle
• Provide operational support including managing user access, permissions, and licensing
• Manage Teamcenter servers globally, including upgrades and patching
• Support and deliver training to engineering staff
• Create and maintain documentation for PLM user support and engineering processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree (or 12+ years of work experience)
• Experience with Teamcenter 4 tier Architecture and AWC Architecture
• Experience with Teamcenter Windows server, scripts, and deployment center
• Experience with Teamcenter workflows, ACL, plmxml administration, and BMIDE deployments
• Experience with Deployment center configurations
• Experience with ERP/CAD application integration
• Strong IT skills with Windows and PowerShell scripting
• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Teamcenter ITK and Services customization experience
• Teamcenter certification(s)
• Familiarity with other Teamcenter integrations
