Senior PLD Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on unusual or concerning internal operations based on information from the Control Desk, following established review procedures and best practices.
• Present reports to the Communication and Control Committee in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Identify high-risk client relationships and products to manage account cancellations and inclusion in negative files to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Address inquiries from branch networks and central areas regarding unusual operations, promoting awareness to prevent financial crime and protect the institution's interests.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Criminology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with databases.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in monitoring and managing banking operations.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
