Senior Platform Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for enterprise deals, owning the solution design and configuration of the orchestration platform.
• Lead discovery calls with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into implementable solution designs.
• Negotiate integration architectures, including REST vs. SDK, sync vs. async, and security/latency constraints.
• Configure live decisioning workflows within the no-code RiskOS Platform, setting thresholds and branching logic.
• Partner with Account Executives to co-author mutual action plans and navigate technical blockers or security reviews.
• Demo the platform to diverse audiences, ranging from fraud operations teams to staff engineers and executives.
• Escalate customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role (e.g., Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect).
• Proven track record of technical ownership in complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Hands-on experience configuring, demoing, or deploying SaaS platforms as part of the sales motion.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, and basic SQL.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to pivot between deep technical discussions and executive business value pitches.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple active deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-sites and key customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fraud, identity verification, risk, KYC/AML, or fintech infrastructure.
• Experience with no-code/low-code orchestration platforms or decisioning engines.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns such as REST, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Basic understanding of ML/statistics concepts (e.g., precision, recall, AUC).
