Senior Platform Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and operate observability layers for AI platforms, including audit trails, tool-call logs, and traces
• Build automated findings-to-fix loops for AI and cloud platforms
• Implement reliability and hardening controls for internal AI systems, including alerting and rate limiting
• Codify detections, policies, and operational checks as code
• Review platform and AI-application changes from a reliability and application-hardening perspective
• Own AI-platform-specific operational readiness and partner with central IT/SOC teams
• Continuously improve production readiness through automation and post-incident learning

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, production engineering, or security automation
• Strong coding ability, especially with Python
• Experience building observability and alerting systems in AWS or comparable cloud environments
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and SLA/SLO management
• Experience with incident handling and rollback strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering background including code review and testing habits
• Experience with AI agent runtimes or LLM-powered system hardening
• Experience with security tools like Wiz, CrowdStrike, Orca, or GuardDuty
• Experience with WAF/RASP controls and compliance-oriented logging
